Arrival: On the day of your arrival our Apartments are finished to move in until 14:00. If you will arrive after 18:00 please contact us as soon as possible.
Departure: On the day of your departure we request you to leave the Apartment until 9:90.

Important Note: We don't accept credit or EC Cards.
If you have to cancel within 3 months before your holidays you won't get your deposit back. For the rest we stick to the Austrian terms of hotel business. If you arrive to late or depart to early you have to pay the price for the price for the booked period anyway. We recommend to contract a travel insurance!
